Our Guarantee
Grayham stands behind clear workmanship standards and responsive follow-up. Coverage depends on the agreed scope, the condition of the surface before work begins, and the normal wear factors that show up after the project is complete.
What Is Covered
- Work performed within the documented scope that does not meet the agreed preparation or application standards.
- Reasonable follow-up review when a finish concern appears to be tied to workmanship instead of ordinary wear or an unrelated surface issue.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by impact, leaks, sprinklers, standing moisture, landscaping, pets, or movement in the underlying substrate.
- Areas outside the approved scope or surfaces that fail because of pre-existing rot, structural issues, or unrelated product limitations.
How to Request Support
If you see a concern after the project is complete, contact Grayham with the project address, photos, and a short description of what changed. The best next step is a review of the surface so the issue can be confirmed and the right follow-up can be scheduled.
